Express has just come out with a great earnings report, beating analysts’ estimates with 55 cents of EPS as opposed to the estimated 49 cents. I am still seeing the Bull’s Eye on this company, and expect it to hit 22 by the end of the year. I am keeping my target at 40 within 5 years.
